★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got our wedding cake from Vanessa and WOW - highly recommend! The cake was so beautiful in how it was made, better than we could describe, and it tasted AMAZING. We got the vanilla + vanilla for one layer, and the other was vanilla + hazelnut and it was such a hit. Vanessa the whole time was great to work with, very professional, reliable and helpful. Most importantly, cake was so good. Even the cake tasting process was so seamless. Thanks Vanessa & team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gone into this shop on several occasions most recently I went in to buy some new year cookies or shots. The display case had a few cupcakes which look very good. I asked the girl who came from the back if they had anymore cookies and she said no sorry, and I left. My issue is this, the customer service is terrible, she could have told me they would have more for today if I would like to come back or she could have offered to put some aside for me if I paid for them first while i was there. My point being no help or pleasant customer service at all, and this isn’t the first time it has happened either. I guess because they have a good product they figure they don’t need to be nice and helpful to customers. A smile on their face would also be very welcoming! Hope this will help improve your customer service. Carmela L. Ontario

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vanessa's cakes are divine! I had three events this year and I used Patisserie V Marie for each one. The cake was so moist and just delicious. Vanessa executed each vision perfectly. Her cakes are elegant and classy.
Endless compliments by all of my guests and I highly recommend them!
