During the pandemic they sold me 2 high quality griddles at a very cheap price and even bought my old ones off me for cash. Previously I had been scanning kijiji looking for a comparable option but all the products I wanted were out of my price range. I look forward to working with them again and I would recommend all my colleagues looking for food and restaurant equipment to pay them a visit their prices are unbeatable! I cannot recommend them enough!!!

Sam is a predator sale rep who would not hesitate intimidating and throwing insults if things goes south. I bought bunch of restaurant equipment from Liquidatorz including a used Hobart oven with proofer stand back in August 2021. They promise and keep insisting the machine would be nice and fully functional by the time it is delivered. But both oven and proofer did not work as they reached our restaurant. After all the drama, they sent technician but the machine still did not work after a week trying to fix it. We nicely asked to have it returned and refunded but denied (after all the expense and stress to get it delivered and installed). We are in process to bring Liquidatorz to to court get it returned and refunded.

This time around, something happened where I just had to write this review - as they did me a favour on a particular situation that was quite special. The backstory was I made a mistake on a bid that was $200, which I thought was $200 in total, instead it is total of over $2,000. I mean, this company can just let the bid go through and not do anything about it. But the fact that they are willing to fix a mistake that I made, now what more can anyone ask for. What an impressive and honest company to have called and checked with their Customer first. On the side note, we are a small-owned restaurant business. $2,000 is a huge cost for us especially during these pandemic times. Really appreciate they put their effort to help me a small business Owner out.
