★ ★ ★ ★ ★ never ever book this property . its bad smell area .. homeless people live there. if u see room they charge 50$ thats too much wrong… in life u can sleep on road but not sleep in this hotel …..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You don't need a credit card. That's the bonus. Room 133 floors are stained, looks like blood on the walls on some parts, the comforter on the the bed had seen better days but the bed is clean. Very plain room for an expensive price of 150 a night, but it is what it is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many unsavory people hanging around hotel all day and night. Woke up to housekeeping going through my purse. Items stolen from my room. Checked out a day early because I felt unsafe and violated. NO LOCKS inside door to maintain privacy while in the room. Not safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cockroaches, blood stains on the carpets, blood stains on the mattress (room 131), black mold in the bathroom, tears in the lamp shades, broken bed, burn holes and unknown stains on the mattress.
The litter from both Linda Vista & Canadian Inn are leading into the stream and litter throughout the green space behind the motels.
The rooms are in desperate need of thorough renovations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was ok. Could definitely use a fridge and freezer without having to pay extra for that... For full kitchen I could understand but no microwave, freezer, nor a small fridge to use unless you are willing to spend extra cash to have use of it... I honestly find that ridiculous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We traveled and arrived late 330am. Was short on cash card not working and the gentlemen at the front allowed us to stay at 40% less and half of the deposit. Very grateful for them. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this place as an economical place to stay. Ownership has made a noticeable effort to make the place clean and bright. You have control over your room's temperature, and my wife loves the bathtub. I always find my room clean and the bed comfortable.
