The arrangements are always unique, my recipients always love them, and the flowers are so fresh that they last much longer than anywhere else I've purchased cut flowers. So much nicer than a grocery store bundle that lasts less than a week! Everyone is easy to work with and the delivery service is friendly and reliable.

I’m not from the area and had never used Lilies White Florist before, but the experience was seamless. Dawn was beyond helpful and lovely to work with. She was so very accommodating, helped me write a kind condolence message, as well as pick flowers that were appropriate and in my budget, not only that but she had them delivered on the same day! I called at 2pm, do I didn’t even think delivery the same day would be an option, but Dawn made it happen. Even more gorgeous than the ones on the website, which was an added bonus. Thank you Dawn for all your help and for the gorgeous bouquet, I’m sure it will help to brighten my friend’s day with the difficult time she’s going through. Your kindness and willingness to help was above and beyond!

We don't live in Ontario, but we wanted to send a bouquet to our beloved aunt for a special birthday, so we looked around before deciding which florist to choose - and it all went perfectly! When I called, they asked all the right questions to get an understanding of our vision for a beautiful, cheerful and lush arrangement. We wanted "pops of colour" and "rich jewel tones" and for it to be "cheerful" and to have a "feel of significance." We probably weren't the easiest customers, but Lilies White were receptive and lovely, because they could tell it was important to us. And when clarification was needed, they called me back. Nothing was left to chance. And when I saw photos of the bouquet, I was beyond pleased. It felt so good to send a bouquet that isn't just a gesture of kindness, but something truly beautiful to brighten the day of someone we love.
