I went it to get a bouquet of flowers. The wrapping was done poorly, and he did not take the paper off the flowers. After I asked him to take it off, he told me it was not possible and this was the only way he could do it ... awful service and waste of money. Would’ve been better off at sobeys. The whole bouquet was so heavy and quite frankly embarrassing to give. Awful service.

So grateful ...I placed an order over the phone for flowers for my mom's memorial. They turned up absolutely gorgeous. I was so nervous they'd be overstated or understated...just wanted something perfect for remembering mom and it meant the world to have such beautiful flowers that were clearly arranged with such care!

Ordered an arrangement (not a very cheap one either at that) very early morning to make sure they had more than enough time to keep their promise on the same day delivery. I ordered it on that specific day for a reason as I'm sure many other people do. I've called in the shop every two hours for the next 7 hours after the fact to make sure everything is going smoothly and everytime I was told yes, it's out for delivery. 30 minutes before the business I ordered to closed, I called again saying that there was 30 mins left and my arrangement hadn't been dropped off and they had told me they can't drop it off because they can't get ahold of the delivery driver and that they deliver them the day after at some time after 4pm. The delivery driver apparently had karate class and didn't even bother to drop the flowers back off at the store so I could pick them up myself. So now these flowers are going to be sitting in a cold car freezing until whatever time they get taken out, and they'll be out for delivery tomorrow most likely not in the condition they were once in and their length of life will be cut short. Not impressed at all. Not worth the money. I personally paid for the convenience of getting flowers delivered to my significant other while I was at work, and it became an inconvenience instead.

The two floral arrangements I ordered from KW Flowers were even more beautiful than what they show on the website. I feel they really took the time and effort to express the love and care I wanted to show to those who I sent them too. I would absolutely order from this company again. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and they didn’t deliver them on Mother’s Day, didn’t notify me, and yesterday when I called to check on my order they dismissed me and said orders would go out by 9pm. I don’t care how busy you are that’s absolutely no way to treat customers, for starters. And secondly, Mother’s Day was YESTERDAY, it’s not acceptable for my mom to get her flowers the next day. They told me they sent them today (day after Mother’s Day) once I called again today to check on my order, I find this unacceptable. My brother happened to order from them and they arrived…they said they don’t sort deliveries by address, well no wonder you can’t get them all out with that lack of organization. If you can’t handle that amount of orders don’t accept them. Holiday money grab and disrespectful. Yes they apologized, but meh. This was really disappointing.

Run! Do not purchase. This company is advertising products that it does not have. My husband ordered a bouquet for my birthday and what I received looked nothing like what he paid for. I received more ferns than flowers and some of the ferns had nasty spots on them like they were diseased. Customer service wasn’t much help. They said they didn’t have what was ordered. What do companies do when they don’t have your order? Do they send you mediocre product? I’ve since emailed my concerns to this company and I’m yet to receive a response. What this company does premeditated deceit. I will not recommend this company and l plan to escalate this complaint. One star is too much. Horrible company. The owner should be ashamed of making his living by tricking people. Shame on you.

I ordered a 'premium' arrangement of flowers to be delivered costing $99. I got a message at 2pm saying my order was out for delivery and it didn't get delivered till 4.30pm. Each time I called to find out it was it's out for delivery. Okay. We can understand that. But then the birthday card I included had a weird message "we've been laughing at you for years and feel great!" I failed to see the humor in that! I called to complain and the response I got was a laugh, and "we'll talk to the girl" I'm like that's it? She responds what else do you want? And practically rushes me off the phone! If there was a zero i'll give you a zero ten times over!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers from KW Flowers and what I received is nothing like what they had advertised. If I had been notified that they would not be fulfilling my order I would have asked for something different. I notice that they are not just not answering the phone, but that the phone isn't even ringing before going to a full VM service. It's Christmas and I accept that it is very busy, but I also didn't get any chocolates that I ordered, $10 straight down the drain there. Hand painted mug with a spoon? Nope! Not any of the additional decor shown in the advertisement. The card attached was stuck inside the envelope and ripped so my wife couldn't read the whole message. I ordered a "Premium" bouquet and got something I have paid $50.00 for elsewhere. I would appreciate being contacted about this, but I am probably just going to go in and return this for a refund. The reviews do not look promising.
