Some items were delayed due to the supply chain issues globally but the team at Lighting Originals kept on it and got my order prioritized and delivered. One of the items had a slight defect when it arrived and they quickly arranged for a replacement to be sent out from the supplier within 5 days. EXCELLENT SERVICE. Highly recommended.

Kate was always prompt and courteous in answering all of my questions and when my piece arrived damaged made sure the manufacturer sent a replacement. Being incredibly busy and distracted at work, I forgot to reach out to Lighting Originals to let them know for about a year! How did they react??? Very Impressively!!! They reordered the fixture and resent it to me at no cost even though so much time had passed. Incredible customer service! The first fixture I received, the glass globe was chipped. I sent an email to customer service and I received another very quickly. Superb customer service! We haven’t installed the light yet, but I am expecting it to be just as beautiful as it looked online. Thank you for a wonderful buying experience. I will buy more as my renovations continue.

The model I selected was widely available, but Lighting Originals had a very attractive pricing point. Of course, the quality of the product will be the same everywhere, so that's not really a factor in evaluating the retailer. The only improvement I would suggest would be to keep the customer appraised of the order status and expected date of delivery. I sent an enquiry after not having heard anything in over a week and received a reply a couple of days later telling me the item was in the process of being shipped. All good. Other than that, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
