Costumer service is absolutely horrible and the person answering the phone should learn how to do their job.

My experience with Lighthouse Medical Imaging has been quite positive so far. My doctor sent 2 requisition forms, and they called me back three times to confirm a time. The admin staff have been very courteous and friendly thus far, and Dr. Bernie Charlton emailed me back right away informing me that he would refer my email to the admin staff right away shortly after I sent the email with the requisition form.

Worst experience ever. I CALLED before my visit last week and the operator didn't mention anything about their modified hours. On the paper my GP forwarded to me it says it's open until 7:30pm so I got there at 5:06pm and the door was closed but staff were still there. And no one bothered to tell me anything or mention that I could still go to the North York location which closes at 6pm. They refused to open the door and treated me (facial expression and hand gesture) as if I were begging for money. SO RUDE! How come they are still in business?

Everytime we call this clinic comes bad experience and rude service. After hours of waiting and they provide a schedule for 10 days later, which is after our last appointment with doctor. They accused us not calling them earlier for 34 week scan, and it is too late for 33 week to call them. Never heard a imaging service need more than 10 days for booking. Most of them are drop-in service.

If you have nothing better to do and want to make your life even more miserable, than this is your place. They made my wife wait 2 hours for x-ray and ultrasound. Why book so many people when you can't handle them. Greedy owner!!! Stay, stay far away from this place.

I don’t want to say it’s the worst service I’ve experienced, but it definitely ruined my day. I understand everyone has a hard time during the pandemic, and I appreciate the front-line people taking high risks for providing services. But what I want is to be treated respectfully, patiently, and equally. I was supposed to arrive 20 min before the appointment, but I only made it 15 min earlier due to the TTC delayed. My bad. The young receptionist was awesome and nice, but the older receptionist, who dealt with my case, was quite rude. My family doctor made mistakes on my requisition, and she kept complaining, shaking her head, and asking questions impatiently. She might not do it on purpose, but I was so embarrassed and apologized. After that, a specialist led me to the room. Again, she’s nagging it’s late and hurried me…It made me feel worse. I honestly just wanted to leave ASAP. When the receptionist blamed me that I should’ve come 20 min earlier, I was about to say I’ve been here 15 min earlier, but I assumed that 5 min really mattered to them for my case. No matter what, did I deserve to put up with their impolite manners just because of that 5 min or any other reason? I wonder, even I know I should take a part of responsibilities. I stressed out and apologized all the time since I was there. It’s frustrating. I won’t visit here again - still, thanks for the service.

I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. The two administrative staff were busy chatting with one another and totally ignoring me. Then one of them tells the other one to serve me and then she said I already turned off my computer. Then when I was finally being attended to she tells me that I need to wait half an hour because the technician is going for lunch. I said so why did u book me for that time then. So then she spoke to the technician and he said he would do my X-ray before his lunch. The technician was great. As I was leaving the technician called me to come back because the administrative staff did not update the requisition form so he had to X-ray a differ part of my hand. Needless to say the administrative staff is too busy socializing and made that mistake. I felt badly for the technician coz his lunch was delayed further. I will not be returning to this particular centre .

The team is amazing , The technicians are very professional, kind and patient centered. Staff Radiologist is great and knowledgeable. I highly recommend it.
