★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rudest medical office I have ever been too I used to love coming to this one but they have hired the rudest staff ever. I’m 9 months pregnant and not as fast as I was before I was pregnant i ran exactly 2 minutes late the traffic didn’t help and was scolded for it twice, they don’t make you feel welcome or comfortable they are extremely judgemental and rude. Go to another life lab if you have to this staff needs Better people skills

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a gong show. Was there for an hour. Tried to pre book. Never got it to work. Wish there was an alternative, but they have a exclusive business. Government needs to get involved. Good time to get rid of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This one is much better than the south Albert. I haven’t had negative experience here when I went to the east one many times with my family members. Most of the staff were fantastic, but some of the staff need education how to be respectful to the customers, but trust me, this one is much better than south Albert one which I felt like the staff treat the patients as worms.. Perhaps, SIAST needs to review curriculum and include interpersonal skill classes for lab technicians.
