★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coming from a Red Seal Certified Chef from Toronto with over 20 years of proven credentials... I can guarantee you that this place is a waste of money and will not get you a respectable culinary career. If you want to be a chef... be a dish washer and prep cook.. work your way up and see what you're made of... this school will cost you a Rolex and get you a Timex. Ask me if you would like guidance! Im happy to help (without the 8K $ tuition fee lol) owners and chefs are all $ investors with no culinary background. I call BS on the institution. IMHO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not waste your money and to give to these cons! this review is based on the horrible experience I had here in 2017/2018. This "school" is fraudulent to say the least. my experience here taught me little to nothing! in hindsight, I'm realizing that this "business" was just a money grab for the owners Patty andJeff. absolutely nothing was taught according to the Ministry of education, the building itself had little to no resources for students (dishware, cutlery, INGREDIENTS, proper dishwasher, to name a few! the owners have gone so far as to teach classes knowing they aren't certified to teach. This is a scam through and through, believe me. I am not an immigrant, but in hindsight, seems like they prey and manipulate newcomers that are eager to be educated. Ive taken legal action against them and am currently waiting s trial date! any questions please contact me, I am more than happy to share. if I could give them negative stars I would.
