★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Market Kitchen is a perfect spot to host cooking classes, seminars, demos, private corporate events that involves food. Monogram appliances are there to provide chefs the proper equipment to prepare freshly cooked food to the attendees. It`s fitting as chefs can also buy ingredients from the St. Lawrence Market (where it`s located). Furthermore, lots of nice sunlight penetrating through the historical windows. The only drawback is the lack of washrooms on this level and you have to take the elevator down to the basement to access the washroom. And when the St. Lawrence Market is closed, you have to have access card to activate the elevator to go back upstairs. So, if you aren`t staff and just guests, it means you can`t access the elevator and have to walk back up the flight of stairs to The Market Kitchen. Otherwise, this is a great spot to host private events.
