I live over 100 km away from barrie and drove a long way to get there and it was well worth it. Highly recommend them and i will update and complete my review after the delivery as well. Oct.24.2021

I also got a great deal if I compare it to other 2018 F2 that was on the market. This was a clean vehicle and it exceeded my expectation. However, dealing with Michael was even better. he delivered on EVERY SINGLE PROMISE that we talked about plus more. When the vehicle was ready for pick up, I had to google and search the nearest gas station since I was an hour away and remember the car had 1/4 when I took it for a test drive. I came to pick up the car, detailed like it was brand new and it came with a FULL TANK. I bought many vehicle in my lifetime and never had a dealership go above and beyond. Thank you Lexus of Barrie, Thank you Michael! I will be back to this dealership to purchase any vehicle for my family!

I was expecting a serious all business and intimidating meeting, but he was the opposite! Down to earth, honest, to the point all the while you feel more like you are talking to a friend rather than a business/salesperson. The Lexus only had 15,000 KM, Very unfortunate they did not stand behind their vehicles. Posting for a friend.

Both the finance manager Kevin and my sales rep Michael met and greeted me at the front door upon arrival and we were all so excited almost as if we were all picking up a new car. Even the owner of the dealership came out and introduced himself to me. This was honestly the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle and I've owned quite a few. From start to finish my experience with Michael was seamless. I called and specifically asked for him after reading the reviews and I'm so glad I did. Michael is truly a genuine, down to earth, calm, patient, knowledgeable, professional, and an all around good man and the best salesperson! I feel like I've known him forever and he will definitely be someone I check in with from time to time for life. He is a man of his word, a great listener, and follows through which is important.
