★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the best VR game place in Toronto! Very clean environment with EXCELLENT staff. Highly recommend this place if you're new to the VR world - if you ever get stuck or don't know how to operate something, the game master (staff) is watching the same screen you're viewing and they walk you through exactly what to do using their voice through the headphones you're wearing. My friend and I did 1 hour - and that was a perfect length! Maybe 1.5 hr max. Any more than that you'd start feeling a little dizzy and the head piece starts digging into your forehead a bit and hurts. Like others said in the review, the loading time between games is a bit long and can be slightly frustrating but overall the experience is fantastic! SUPER FUN and a perfect activity for dates, hangouts, birthday event, etc! We did an hour and was able to play 4 games! Not for very long in each one but at least a few rounds - we just wanted to try different games! You can choose the games based on difficulty levels which are clearly displayed, so it's easy to choose, and the game master can give you recommendations if you don't know where to start!

The owners have an amazing idea of how to run their place and it's one of the cleanest arcades around. It is affordable, has the most diverse games, and the staff is always on top of things.

For an older person experiencing VR games for the first time, an optional short intro on what the game is about and how to get it going would have been very useful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is, generally, super fun. The booths are great the place is clean and the games are enjoyable. I’ve been a few times with my friends and it is a good area! The front door is locked a lot but the staff are good at letting you in. The biggest issue with the place itself is that the games are stagnant. I’ve never seen a new game added. It feels like a time capsule of pre COVID vr gaming. That’s not a bad thing the games are fun I just wish they had new experiences.
The thing that makes or breaks this place is the staff. I’ve been served by a few different staff members and the quality is all over the place. Some are amazing! Best service I’ve had in ages. They constantly help they listen to you they talk like you’re their old friend it’s great. Then you come back for the same experience and get someone 100% phoning it in who never listens to you and ignores all pleas for help.
Overall it’s fun! Just pray you get a good staff member and you’ll have a great time.

I loved that they were able to jump into our game to trouble shoot or assist us in the games if we needed help with the controls or how to play. It is a great place and I will most definitely come back again.

Its amazing how quick an hour flies by!!!
The staff were super friendly and helpful.
They Sanitize the equipment after every use which is greatly appreciated and hygienic.
They allowed our family to utilize the facility an hour before our appointment because we just happened to be in the area. I recommend this place and outing to family and friends to hang out at.
