They are consummate professionals who clearly explain the requirements, processes, and costs involved in the immigration process. The staff were very punctual, kind, and considerate. Emails and calls were responded to in a timely manner. At no point did I feel misinformed, misguided, or cheated. In particular, Gabriella Nudo and Lubna Hussain were an actual joy to work with. I highly recommend this firm, the costs are fair and worth it. This process can often be cruel and daunting, but they managed it extremely well, and I felt at ease with the firm as my legal representatives.
