★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SAVED US from the heatwave when our old machine died! We had called a few different local companies to have it replaced but went with Aclimatise as they were the most prompt and polite. Very clean work and better priced than the others we spoke to. Already recommended to our daughter for their new house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dishonest - did not stick to quoted price!! Took advantage of me (I’m 9 months pregnant and was desperate to have them cleaned ASAP.) Total scam.
I was really disappointed because they were super friendly and seemed they’d do a good job.
However, I was very upset after receiving their services. I was quoted $125 per head (I have 3) for a total of $375 + tax and that it would include the cleaning of the outdoor unit compressor. The bill was a total of $600! At $175 each head and they did not touch the outdoor units. This is very dishonest and disappointing. I asked about the price and was told I was being given “a deal” because normally it’s $250. Incredibly upsetting. I will not use these services again and would not recommend to anyone.
