★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous voulons remercier l'équipe de la résidence , pour les nombreux efforts pour rassurer les résidents, les soins de santé sont donnés à leur appartements , le médecin Dr Pierre Charbonneau était avec ma mère a 19.30 hier soir . Les retours d'appels se font dans la même journée.
Merci a toute l'équipe.

Elle traite les gens n'importe comment franchement c'étais un calvaire
Je ne recommande a personne, une dépression peut s'en suivre.
Malgrer les plaintes rien n'avait été fait .
Si ce n'était pas de ça ..j'adorais ma job mais malheureusement elle rendait le tout penible a chaque jour
In the kitchen it was TERRIBLE ??❌ the chef is not correct but really not correct with customers as staff ?
She treats people no matter how frankly it was a nightmare
I do not recommend to anyone, depression can follow.
Despite the complaints nothing had been done.
If it wasn't for that .. I loved my job but unfortunately it made everything painful every day

ive even been able to bring mom home for a few hours obviously making sure she wears her mask she removes it to eat though this way she can have a real home cooked meal once in a while thank you so very much for what you do for mrs d'avola

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too big ....of a building to control any out breaks of flu or diarrhea, hard to get such a large number of clients to wash there hands in a cafetera environment, becomes like a criuse boat! during my family member stay they had an outbreak...they only stayed half the stay for fear of getting sick. Some clients were confined to their rooms. Also rustie water in the unit! Bigger is not better in this case, the whole idea of senior living has to be rethink in smaller building the idea of bigger is only for profit for building owners and developers, no good for personalize care and controling health out breaks when such a large amount of seniors live and eat in the same space!
