They scare their residents with illegal threats. My grandmother is terrified of the people who work there. They even forbade him from going out for his party with his family. They are horrible and mean. If you love your loved ones never consider this place as an option.

I have lived at this residence for over three years. My experience has been and remains very pleasant. I have lived in three other residences but none are satisfactory. I am very satisfied with the measures applied during this period of covid 19. As soon as public health changed their restrictions, the residence acted immediately to allow us to benefit from these measures. The employees are polite and go out of their way to make our life pleasant. Their work allows us to have a clean and safe residence.

Absolutely terrible. We removed my mother in law. This place has no regard for the well being of the residents. As Quebec is almost fully open, as of June 6 the common areas are off limits. Although people go out and shop, some even drive the common lounge is closed. During difficult times my mother in law was not allowed out of her room, they would deliver her meals by knocking on the door and leaving. She got so depressed. We took her out and moved her to Ontario close to us. Even though Ontario was in lockdown they allowed us to visit her and have time with her. The director of Le Parc uses her own discretion as to who can visit and who can be a care giver. We were not allowed until it became critical. The management should re evaluate the direction of this home

I was reading the negative comments made a year or less ago. I felt like I had to right the wrong. First of all, my husband and I lived at Le Parc from june 2018 until june 2020. So I know what I am talking about. We experienced the first lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic and yes it was harsh, but do not lay the blame entirely on the administration and the staff. They were only following the directives coming from the government, from our prime minister Mr. Legault, the health ministry, the CIUSS that treated the private residences as if they were CHSLD or long term facilities. Was it easy for the administration, the staff, the residents? No. Was it worth? Yes, there was not one case of COVID at Le Parc. We left thinking the grass would be greener where we were going, that we would have more freedom to see our friends and relatives, OMG were we ever wrong ! We ended up feeling more alone, we missed the interaction with the residents and the staff members who had become our second family. While living at the residence, we enjoyed the many activities provided by the coordinator and had the opportunity to organized others specially at night or on week-ends, like PO-KE-NO also known as OKO, retro nights, Wii bowling, billiard teams, that we managed on our own with the blessing from the administration. You would not have that kind of freedom in other residences. When we left, some restrictions started to be lifted, and we came back to provide the residents with the activities we had started but it was also for us as we enjoyed doing it. We always felt welcome it's like we had never left. Then the second wave it, but this time the restrictions were not as bad, however as visitors we could not go back until a few months ago, when we were given the OK to resume some activities. That's what got us thinking about moving back. My husband is 73, I'm 61 and we are happy to call residence Le Parc our home. Don't just take our word for it, come see for yourself and your love ones.
