★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fast delivery. Person who took my order was very pleasant and also helped me make the right choice. The pizza is delicious and the fries are some of the best take out fries i have had in a while. As well it should be noted that even in -30 weather the pizza was still hot. The delivery man was also very polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never did I think I would be leaving a one star review for a restaurant that has been one of my favourites for the last 15 years. For the last year, there has been a drastic decline in quality; food has been inconsistent and frankly disappointing every time which happens to coincide with the change of owners. For a while I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but tonight was the last straw.
Not only do they not know how to follow instructions when taking orders by phone, they are rude when you try to express your dissatisfaction. No accountability on their part for their subpar food and service.
They need to get their act together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a customer for more than 10 years and was my go to place for takeout and after hockey practices and games of my kids. Lately though very disappointed, last 2 takeout orders delivered to wrong place. Obviously the pizza arrived cold and when I called to complain the lady said it was normal to have cold pizza. The problem was not the delivery driver but the girl that takes the order by phone or online. Last order they were insisting that I gave the wrong address, I know my address lady, she was very rude on the phone. She then said she would credit my credit card the next day but that never happened. I realized that she only said that to get rid of me on the phone. Bye bye ......and will pass the word to friends and family.
