L'accueil, le service, l'attention, la propreté et le personnel font de la résidence un endroit merveilleux pour terminer une vie. Bravo It is a CHSLD like no other. The welcome, service, attention, cleanliness and staff make the residence a wonderful place to end a life. well done

Probablement parmi les pires endroits pour ''placer'' vos parents. Claudine Couture fille de Georgette Gagnon-Couture décédée le 19 octobre 2001. They hurt my mother so much, even after 18 years that my mother died, I blame them as much. Probably among the worst places to '' place '' your parents. Claudine Couture daughter of Georgette Gagnon-Couture who died on October 19, 2001.

Si l'administration continue dans la même veine, veuillez revoir votre choix pour votre bien aimé. Perfect location, poor service! The life of the residents does not matter to the administration, however the employees do their best under the circumstances. If administration continues in the same vein, please reconsider your choice for your loved one.

Les chambres et l'aire commune sont dégagé et très ensoleillé. Il était heureux... Merci encore une fois à toute l'équipe. Vous avez fait une différence dans notre vie. My dad was lucky to stay in department 3B of this CHSLD. The staff were dedicated and attentive. The bedrooms and the common area are clear and very sunny. He was happy... Thanks again to the whole team. You have made a difference in our lives.

Incompetent people who cause so much pain, suffering and even death to so many residents. Chaos and so much negligence during the pandemic. One of the worse hit in Quebec!
