★ ★ ★ ★ ★ unfair pricing at its finest made me pay 1800$ to sign for a home deed of sale had to be produced and what not. Average price 800-1200 anywhere else. On top of that Mr.Michael Chriqui had promised me he would provide me with all the necessary documents for a homeline plan just too charge me another 1400$ to sign a few documents. Again average price for this sort of work 500-800$ complete thieves!
