Initial call to next day delivery was seamless and efficient, even the two young gentlemen who delivered & assembled my second dual reclining loveseat were prompt, courteous and very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the course of the past 9 or so months I have bought quite a bit of furniture from Leons here in North Bay and have had nothing but top notch service from Andre and the crew. Any issues encountered were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Not to mention the fact I have done a lot of shopping around and Leons (IMHO) have the best stuff at the best prices - but be sure to keep an eye out for their sales!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a couch, chair and love seat from Leon’s North Bay in July. The stitching on them is coming undone and has been for a few months now. Called Leon’s about this as I bought extended warranty on them and nothing was done. A guy came out to my house and took pictures. Send he could maybe stitch it back himself. Doesn’t matter if he does, it’ll come undone again. Just writing a review to inform others that the product isn’t the best quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff really care about you and want you to have the best deal and fit into your lifestyle. They are upfront with delivery dates and what styles they currently have in stock. They also hire local businesses (tickled teals and local ice cream carts) for special deal days throughout the year which really shows how they are apart of the community.

But after contacting Mark, he was able to assist us in choosing something that would fit the dimensions of our trailer and suit our needs, while also applying our original deposit to the new purchase, AND giving us a bit of a discount on the new couch.
Mark understands the customer’s side of the transaction, and doesn’t push the sale. He takes his time presenting the options, and his patience and understanding puts you in the “driver’s seat”.
We’ll be back to buy our bed from Mark.
