J	Joe s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order was made correctly. However the restaurant was 100% inhospitable. The heat wasn't on and the temperature outside was -9. Used the ladies room where there was also no heat and while I appreciate enthusiasm, the automatic flush decided to flush 3 times while I was occupying the loo. At the risk of sounding entitled and like I'm complaining, when washing my hands there was no hot water. And to top everything off the hand dryer did not work, nor were there paper towels to dry my hands. Can't imagine working in those frigid conditions. Stick to drive thru.

They constantly get orders wrong in the drive thru, when you go in to have them corrected they still get your order wrong.. and the staff is nearly impossible to deal with. It's a McDonald's so your expectations should already be low, but this location in particular is probably the worst in North Bay. Update: We got our names put in the books for a free meal for this incident after calling the location and speaking with a manager. She asked us to give them another chance and we agreed. However, we decided to go back this weekend to get drinks through the drive thru. Instead of being served, we sat in the second drive thru at the window waiting for someone to come back to take our order after their new automated message.. no one came back after 6+ mins. Instead they took 5 other orders in the first drive thru.. So we didn't order anything. Went in to speak with a manager and now I full understand why this stuff is happening.. the manager was great and helpful, but I will likely still avoid this location for a while until the new owner and staff get this location in order.

Had to ask for ketchup 3 times and the girl refused to give me any unless she could directly put it into the bag herself. You'd think the pandemic was still a thing at this location. Fries were cold too and refused to give me my pop till order was served. Absolutely horrible I'd give 0 stars if i could.
C	Caleb Geden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every single time I order they always forget something. A lot of the times it's the dipping sauce. I'll even order extra dipping sauce in hopes of reminding them but apparently they don't actually read the orders and those get forgotten as well.
J	Jillian Mabey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to ❤ McDonald's McDouble meal but for some reason or another, the last handful of times that I have ate there, I have found that there is definitely something different about their burgers. I now find their burgers have a weird taste to them that totally turns me off from getting dinner from them anymore!! That being said, everything else from the customer service, to how fast and efficient the employers were tonight were all quite well.
D	Damian Moser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid roughly $10 for 2 Large fries and a Medium coke with extra ice. The fries were under proportioned and the coke had 2 ice cubes in it. We also did not get a receipt. I am very disappointed with this McDonalds, as this has happened many times before too. At least the fries were warm for a change.
