★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obviously these small business models all suffer the same complaint from consumers. Wal-Princess-Canadian-Mega box store can list most products for a cheaper rate then they can even negotiate with the vendor. So if you are looking for septic hose for your fifth wheel, and money is king and you know how to twist hose together, get in to SUPERetc. and dont be expecting much interaction.
Now, if you don't mind knowing you probably could have got it cheaper but you need a professionals help, even if you are capable on your own, it's always a bonus to some to know that should they ever have a question or have problems, they have confidence in their dealer. That's what you get from quality, professional, friendly dealers like Leisure Wheels.

Called to ask a simple question about trailers and hitches. My question was met with an extremely rude response of “How am I suppose to know”. The owner was ignorant the whole time and offered no help, only complained. Don’t waste their time with your questions, they clearly don’t want you as a customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ am a visitor from the US. I had a wobbly on my camper.It was discovered when the tire blew in Thunder Bay. It occurred during the Canada Day weekend. Everywhere was closed. During the next business day, I call many business. No one was able to help me. They were all booked. when I call Leisure Tire was very helpful ask me to bring my camper in what's on my camper and coffee on the road lesson 1 hour. I am forever grateful. If I were to live in this area, this would be the place where I bring my camper in for everything. You again for everything
