About Lee's On DeVries
Head Chef and Owner Lee Finch began his culinary journey in 1989 at the age of 16. Working is way up from his beginnings at Skinners in Lockport to Executive Chef at Elmhurst Golf and Country Club (with a stop at Red River College to complete his formal education), Lee has honed his craft and truly loves what he does. Living in and proud of the same neighborhood the restaurant is in, Lee plays an active role in bettering his community. When he’s not out and about, you’ll see Lee in our kitchen most days preparing delicious food for our wonderful guests.
When he’s not in the kitchen Lee will be with his amazing wife Jill and their four beautiful kids.

We had the Baron of beef au jus, simply fantastic.
Great flavour and super fast service.
I wish that I had more Friday nights off to go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service and food are great here. It's never too busy, covid protocols are taken seriously and the prices are great. They are very accomidating to Gluten free meals as well. I highly recommend this location for breakfast, lunch or a lazy afternoon having drinks with the boys. It's become a regular spot for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had heard good things about the friday night "Baron of Beef" full dinner with all the trimmings - decided to try it out today. Absolutely delicious roast beef, baked potato, cooked carrots with dill and coleslaw. The beef was perfectly done with gravy and horseradish on the side. Fast and friendly service. Other menu items available at this restaurant as well. We had the apple crumble for dessert - very yummy with a nice cinnamon sauce. We will totally go here again. Located upstairs in this legion - you enter through the legion doors. So glad we tried this place.
