paid in advance and did not receive promised service and refuse to reimburse my payment...refuse to take my calls and have lied to me on several occasions ...also caused me and my husband 3 days of lost wages due to being no shows...I think Revenue Canada needs to do an audit on this company ( and I am just the person to help this along)with their shady business they more than likely cheating the tax man too..

Absolutely horrible one year they lost filters and blamed me not checking my backyard because they dropped them there. This year they were charging my credit card without cleaning the pool. The guy would go there and do nothing until my tenants told me in Mid July that they couldn't still use the pool as it was so dirty. When I called, instead of accepting responsibility, She started blaming everyone but their own company. I wouldn't hire them again as they are not professional nor honest.

We signed up for Cabana to clean our pool throughout the summer of 2020. At the beginning of summer we pre-paid service for that month. With the agreement that monthly service, rendered on a twice weekly basis for pool cleaning would be provided on specific dates. In the first month, the service was not provided on the dates specified. I followed up and the problem was then fixed. Heather stating they did not have enough people employed for the summer yet. I figured fine, the issue was solved. Throughout summer, service was good, rendered on the days as specified. Until September 2020, we pre-paid service and did not receive it. The company is not honest in letting you know that they don't have an employee to perform the service. This puts the pool at risk of being damaged. We had to figure it out on our own; that the pool was not being cleaned. When you respond to Heather via e-mail. Her responses are not clear and indicative of someone who is attempting to be elusive, to forego a paper trail. There is no apology and a lack of professionalism. She also will straight out, just not reply until you indicate that you are formally addressing getting your money back. We are now supposedly getting our money back on Oct. 19, 2020 after requesting for the funds to be returned on Sept 14, 2020. This is because we have informed Heather that there is a formal dispute filed. Still we have not received an apology and they would have kept the $429.63 for monthly service had we not taken that route. There are many other companies who are honest, organized and perform reliable service. I would not recommend this company. We even went against a warning from someone else who had a bad experience with this company. Figured they deserved the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, they ruined that opportunity.

Started off with them simply rescheduling me from Tuesday morning to Wednesday late afternoon. On Wednesday they came to open pool and left saying everything was great. On Friday when the first maintenance/clean was scheduled the pump was now discovered to be broken. They sent technician he stated the pump blew. He didn’t like seeing that the pump trap hadn’t been cleaned for months (growth happening in the leaves). They ran the pump with leaves in the trap from the fall then blamed my old equipment. Customer service was a joke. I’ve been with them for 2 years and time for a new company they don’t care about their customers .
