I have known Carlos for quite some time and he has always been friendly and reliable. He is very knowledgeable and has always provided me with sound advice. He has helped me out many times with situations with my hot tub and is the person I most trust when it comes to understanding my hot tub and for servicing. Very nice person. Store is always clean, and someone there to always assist.

Have to start out by saying Carlos and his team are the best!! I have an old beachcomber. Hot tub leaked and froze last winter. Drained it and left it till summer. So I tried to repair my hot tub by myself and an experienced hot tub person (my friend) last summer and I took all summer. Took out all the insulation, found the leaks ( took 3 months to get this far, busy man) my friend took too long and snow was coming, dipped down below zero. Wife wanted this done. Looked on line for new tubs. Went and looked at a few. And as we all know $8500 was the lowest not installed and would have to pick up. So I asked my friends, one being a pastor at the church and the other the best guitar player ever who plays at our church as well suggested Carlos at Swim and Spas. Both my friends had hot tubs so I listened. Called up Carlos and he was here 2 days later. My tub was on its side with no insulation in it. Disaster! He said we could fix it. Told me tub was in good shape. Surprise manifold was still good with freezing ( we did drain it when ice froze motor and she shut down and vacuumed out rest of water -30). Carlos and his team were here for days in October putting hot tub back together. Found leaks and sprayed foam back in, replaced a few parts and we were back up and running within a week. Yes it cost a few bucks which we expect but nothing near the cost of a nee one. Not even near. So get through the whole winter and power goes out 6:30pm last night (March) Send a message to Carlos and he responds right away. I can come 9:00am tomorrow. When these guys tell you a time they will be there, they are there at the time! Anyways Carlos fixed the problem in an hour. Hot tub up and running!! now!

Carlos and his team are amazing. Whether it is the opening and closing of the pool and hot tub or service during the season; they are always quick to help and support. They provide top notch customer service. They really know how to take care of you. Thanks Carlos and team!

Carlos and his staff are amazing! They have been doing our pool and spa servicing for 3 years now. They have great customer service, they do great work, and they are honest! They have great pricing compared to other pool companies. I would recommend over any other pool company in the city. Carlos is the most personable person I have ever had experience with in the business of pools and spas, he is always willing to provide guidance over the phone for any troubleshooting and will even do anything he can to go out of his way to provide you the proper parts or accessories needed in a repair emergency on very short notice. No better pool and spas company! 5 plus stars!

Wide range of products to choose from and love the customer service to bring in an item if they don’t have it. Recently Carlos came to our home, measured the hot tub cover and ordered in a new one. Carlos from Swim and Spas helped me out of a very frustrating situation and I just needed to let everyone know to also not do business at Aquatech. The story first. In the Spring of 2021, I hired Aquatech to move my hot tub while I put down a patio. Although I did not check on any leaks after the move, my fault, I did discover a very slow drip from the two speed pump in November. Our Fall weather had been nice so the drip must have just gone into the wood until it was saturated and then I started to notice the edge of water around one corner of the tub. I sent an email to the mover of the hot tub at Aquatech to check on the warrenty around the move who decided not even to deal with it and sent it to the service manager instead. After hearing nothing from this manager for a couple of days, I called and was told that they were just getting to my email and video of what the drip looked like. As it was in November, they only had one technician they said and were so overworking him that he could not arrive until three days later. I was told that the technician would determine if the drip was caused from the move. On the day of his arrival, he was late and it had just started to snow but the temperature was still above zero. I had opened the side of the tub and after just a quick glance, he said no that the lead was not from the move and the tub needed to be winterized as it was too cold to change the pump. I was absolutely stunned as I was not told by the service manager that this could be a possibility and was completely expected that the pump would be changed. The lazy technician would not even try when I said that I would take responsibility for the change so I had no choice to let him winterize and pay their ridiculous winter surcharge. I called the service manager as this was happening and my disappointment about the lack of willingness of the technician to do his job. I was told that she had in fact told me that the tub would be winterized based on the opinion of the technician which was completely false as I know she did not, which was the reason I called her in the first place. I could not believe this happened as we use our hot tub most days in the winter and could not imagine not having it. A couple of weeks later, we had a friend over who had used Carlos before to fix his hot tub and highly recommended him. As we were looking to have above seasonal temperatures in later November, I called Carlos on Monday, November 29th, his nephew came Tuesday, November 30th, and we were back using our hot tub on Wednesday, December 1st. Although there was snow on the ground, the technician was so quick that the pump was in and tub filled within 2 hours with no problems or leaks of any kind after the fact. I cannot say how happy that we were to have our hot tub back and that this company was willing to go above and beyond to help us make that happen. I look forward to now taking my business to Carlos at Swim and Spas and no more Aquatech. They lost my respect, business and I was even looking to have them reno my bathroom...not any more...ever!!!

Bought a new hot tub from Carlos. He was fantastic to work with, he took the time to go over everything with the hot tub. We had one small issue and Carlos drove out and fixed the issue right away. I would recommend anyone looking for a hot tub to go talk to Carlos he is amazing to deal with, he is very professional. So far aftercare has been ? ? ? ?. Thank you Carlos.
