J'étais très inquiète de devoir passer la fin de semaine avec mon problème de plomberie (pas de laveuse quand tu as 2 enfants aux couches lavables, ce n'est pas une option!), mais on m'a rappelé très rapidement et on m'a envoyé un plombier vers 15h. Bien contente de leur service rapide et professionnel! I had to place an urgent call at 2pm on a Friday afternoon. I was very worried about having to spend the weekend with my plumbing problem (no washer when you have 2 children with washable diapers, it's not an option!), But I was reminded very quickly and sent me a plumber around 15h. Very happy with their prompt and professional service!

Les travaux ont été assez bien réalisés mais un tuyau a coulé et a fait tombé le plafond de ma cuisine 12 jours après la fin des travaux de salle de bain...et là les problèmes ont commencés. Délais incroyables pour changer la pièce et réparer. Problèmes à faire payer les ouvriers qui ont du refaire le plafond. Non je ne recommande pas, les travaux c'est une chose mais la garantie c'est important en plomberie. Très mauvais service. I relied on the reviews and they were responsible for the plumbing work of my new bathroom. The work was done quite well but a pipe leaked and dropped the ceiling of my kitchen 12 days after the end of the bathroom work ... and there the problems started. Incredible time to change the part and repair. Problems to make pay the workers who had to remake the ceiling. No I do not recommend, work is one thing but the guarantee is important in plumbing. Very bad service.

J'appel pour faire changer la pièce que je pensais garantie(avec la main d'oeuvre), mais à mon grand étonnement, je reçois une facture du temps de l'homme plus des frais de déplacement. (131$ pour un élément qui est garantie c'est du vol)l'homme n'est même pas resté 30 minutes. Je déconseille cette entreprise, car la réceptionniste aurait dû m'informer qu'il allait y avoir des frais malgré notre garantie. Bad experience, We had our water heater replaced by this company less than a year and a half ago, and now the heating element failed. I call to change the part that I thought guaranteed (with labor), but to my amazement, I receive an invoice for the man's time plus travel expenses. ($131 for an item that's guaranteed to be theft) the man didn't even stay 30 minutes. I do not recommend this company, because the receptionist should have informed me that there was going to be a charge despite our guarantee.
