C	Charles Plamondon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai beaucoup apprécié la réaction rapide de l'entreprise envers mon inquiétude de ne pas être visité rapidement comme je l'avais souligné lors de la prise de rendez-vous, la veille (mais j'ai beaucoup apprécié avoir un rendez-vous en 24h toutefois!). Les deux plombiers qui sont passés chez moi ont été forts sympathiques, très efficaces et m'ont donné d'excellents conseils. Le changement de chauffe eau complet s'est fait en seulement 30 minutes, wow! Je recommande cette entreprise sans hésiter! I very much appreciated the company's quick reaction to my concern that I would not be visited quickly as I had underlined when making the appointment the day before (but I very much appreciated having an appointment in 24 hours however!). The two plumbers who came to my house were very nice, very efficient and gave me excellent advice. The complete water heater change was done in just 30 minutes, wow! I recommend this company without hesitation!

Janvier 2021, eau tiède à la grandeur de la maison. Après vérification avec un autre plombier (qui était de bonne fois), l'installation était défectueuse. La cause de mon problème d'eau tiède était donc CLAIREMENT Duguay et Labrek qui n'avait pas bien installé le chauffe-eau. Le plombier de secours effectue la réparation du problème et nous charge du temps pour le travail (ce qui est normal). Celui-ci m'invite fortement a contacter Duguay et Labrek pour un remboursement des frais. Vous me voyez venir ? En un coup de téléphone, j'ai eu droit à un manque de savoir vivre exceptionnel, et bien sur, aucune forme de ''garantie'' ou de remboursement. Après avoir payé des frais pour une installation mal faite, je suis encore obliger de payer pour la réparation de cette installation défectueuse. J'espère que vous avez prit le temps de bien lire mon commentaire et de ne JAMAIS faire affaire avec cette entreprise. The cause of my lukewarm water problem was CLEARLY Duguay and Labrek who had not properly installed the water heater. The back-up plumber repairs the problem and charges us time for work (which is normal). He strongly invites me to contact Duguay and Labrek for reimbursement of costs. Do you see me coming? In a phone call, I was treated to an exceptional lack of good manners, and of course, no form of "guarantee" or refund. After paying a fee for a poor installation, I am still obligated to pay for the repair of this faulty installation. I hope you took the time to read my review carefully and NEVER do business with this company. There are several companies in the field of water heaters, choose another!

De plus, mon chauffe-eau a eu des pannes , simplement parce que les vis des fils étaient mal serrés, j’ai tenté à plusieurs reprises de les contacter sans aucun retour d’appels, dons pour le service à la clientèle cette compagnie est un gros zéro. Bref bon marché à condition que ton chauffe-eau ne fasse pas défaut... Je ne recommande pas du tout cette entreprise même si c’est peut-être la moins chère! ?? Je suis patient 1 mois de ha oui, blablabla. On est très déçu. We received their quote for 22 water heaters and we chose them the price was very good. But ultimately do not return the calls.
