★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twice we needed help during the past several years and they were wonderful...yesterday at this time of year with the horrid cold and I am sure a lot of people without heat and a priority they came over as fast as they could and the young man was so polite and nice :) Problem fixed and all was well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed. I run a massage business out of my home, and I put in a call to have someone look at my furnace. It is between Christmas and New Year's and it is -25 degrees outside and the temperature in my home is 16 degrees and my furnace isn't working properly. I phoned and asked for a technician and was told they were busy. I asked if they could look at my furnace after the New Year and the response was "I can't tell you, I can book you in for the New Year but I can't tell you if I can fit you in". I won't be dealing with this company. As a side note I also have my 88 year old mother with a heart condition living with me. I've lived in this town for 37 years and this is the first time I have been disappointed with business practices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My furnace stopped working and I called Vapor to come look at it. It was a while later when Randy phoned. Told him my problem and he said he will come out. He found the problem right away and got the parts and had it fixed in no time. Mike has a top notch staff that I highly recommend.
