She was punctual, knowledgeable, and professional…but more important, she was kind and was understanding through a very emotional process. Nora was able to explain and decompress the very stressful moments and always allowed for time to let things settle in. Despite going through a painful experience that I would not wish for anyone to experience, Nora was a blessing.

I was in a hurry and needed to get things done before leaving Edmonton; although she was busy, she kindly accommodated me and literally got things done for me.
