When my Ex-Wife informed me that we were separating in October 2019 I contacted Walker Head and Ali Chaudary was assigned to my case.
Ali was very efficient and timely at our meetings and helped negotiate a Separation Agreement in August 2020 which was amicable for my ex-wife and I.
I retained Ali in December 2020 for the divorce. The Divorce was completely quickly and smoothly in March 2021.
I highly recommend Ali Chaudary for Family Court and Andrew Felker for Eatate Law.

This was my first time pursuing litigation so I did not have prior experience with a law firm much less litigation. I felt that Walkerhead showed patience with my inexperience, and walked me carefully through matters as they developed. They were quite capable to step up the urgency or manage the pace in some other way that seemed appropriate. Essentially I felt I received thorough, professional and conscientious treatment throughout this process. Lakshana handled my case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Retained Walker Head to deal with a real estate/civil litigation issue and honestly I have only good things to say. I worked with Lakshana and she helped navigate the issues at hand, provided guidance throughout the process and made sure all avenues were explored. The opposing counsel was not communicative and didn't really provide any useful information for Lakshana to rely on but she was professional throughout. She did her homework and challenged the other counsel where necessary and with proper documentation to back it up. I'm pleased with her representation and would not hesitate to use this firm's services again..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience has been beyond pathetic. They took our case at the start of 2020 and they have done absolutely zero for us. Months of delayed contact finally to advise us of no progress, poor acknowledgment of their short comings and promised action followed by complete silence again. I have made multiple attempts to call and email and get zero responses from my representing lawyer or his legal team. Zero update, zero progress, zero response. This review is in attempt to get their attention because this is pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a horrible experience with the the family law lawyer Ray Goddard. I spoke to him on the phone once in 2 1/2 years regarding my case. It ended up every meeting I had we talked about everything but my long drawn out case. I paid my retainer by debit in the waiting room with other clients present. Finally I had a mediation at the firm however I was not involved and sat in a separate boardroom for 7 hours with no input into my lifes future. I was 50 years old and the separation agreement was 90% for my ex. I fought against everything that was decided for me and under extreme duress and mental health issues was made to sign the agreement or go to court. Do not do mediation here. I have been trying to find a family law lawyer to overturn the whole agreement and have had to involve the Human Rights Tribunal. If I can only stop one person from experiencing what I did I will feel much better.
