★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a windshield replacement and had to deal with a condescending salesman who clearly thought I was an "idiot" for not taking any of his "obvious" upsell items (aquapel, cabin filters).
I arrive home the same evening to discover the rearview mirror is already a bit loose.
Poor customer service and low quality job.
This shop really has nothing going for them.
Avoid like the plague.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They're charging 1000$ plus taxes for a back windshield replacement. Way too expensive, I had to leave the car as it was going to rain. Will not be going there again, outrageous price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute professionalism and quick service. After being stood up by Lebeau St Jacques I was sent here on short notice and they made a spot for me literally last minute. The manager had my small rear vent window repaired within 20 minutes (Lebeau St Jacques had claimed 3 hours-surely an attempt to squeeze every last drop out of the insurance company). The repair man was incredibly respectful, polite and knowledgeable - he made sure to double clean the glass particles to make sure my daughter didn't get cut. I can honestly say that from now on for window repairs I will always come back to Lebeau Papineau and I will send all my friends there. They are good, honest people and punctual. They even threw a pair of top quality wipers to make up for the other Lebeau giving me a horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't say enough good things about Lebeau on Papineau. They went out of their way to help us. When they found out our rear window was completely busted, they offered to put plastic on the back window and clean out the glass before our appointment. They also told us they would be happy to call our insurance, which made our lives a lot easier. I would have expected that this would be our responsibility. The man that helped went out of his way to help us during the whole time we were dealing with Lebeau. I've rarely received such good and friendly service. I will recommend Lebeau Papineau to anyone who needs a new windshield. They were awesome!!!
