★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent two request for appointment regarding a remote starter and never got a call back. That was done 3 days ago. Finally, i decided to give them a call to see if it is better on the phone, i was stuck waiting on the phone for 20 min while every 5 min somebody comes to the phone and tells you to "Please hold the line". I guess i will have to look elsewhere in order to get my starter installed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a remote starter at Lebeau called orbit. Worst starter ever had so many problems from the beginning. Its been a year and i have been through about 7 car batteries. No one will take me in i have left messages and been told the guy isn't there or he is on vacation then covid so they told me its not an essential. Its been a run around with ALL the LAVAL stores. I have called other companies who install remote starters who would take me in but as soon as they find out its Orbit they can't do anything only Lebeau. So much money spent on this starter and so many money spent on batteries. we got the job itself checked other then Lebeau and all the wiring the guy did to install it did a horrible job all the wires were loose and bypassed the wire so when we removed the fuse so the starter can stop draining my battery and there is still contact to my battery, we can still start the car with the remote starter. Ive called other Lebeaus and i got rudeness and attitude. all i want is it to be fixed and not get to my car in the morning and tune the key and the car doesn't start. Please stay away from this place for remote starters. NEVER AGAIN.

Panicked and didn't know what to do, I gave this place a call as per my insurance suggestion and was delighted to have such professional people meet my needs, I spoke with Carmen over the phone and she was quite to get back to me with a time and date as to when I could fix the car, in-store I interacted with other employees and they were just as professional. I hope you never have to replace your window but if you find that you do, I highly recommend this place.
