★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was cold and bland, punch was bad and tasted like cold medicine, music was so loud I couldn’t hear myself think, vegetarian options for the people I was with were poor. Overall an unsatisfactory experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not horrible, but you'd be better off going anywhere else on Ile d'Orléans. High prices, mediocre food quality, indifferent staff. The place is completely void of character. I can't really think of anything to say about it and I guess that says it all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE PLACE BECAME BAD!!! We went there every year for the last 5 years. Everything was perfect - food, atmosphere. This time, not only did they increase prices, but waiters started saying: "when you finish your plate, I will bring a new one". And when we do, they bring 3 eggs for 4 people and 4 pancakes for 4 of us. Seriously? This is the service "a volonte"??? Being cheap never pays off, it was the last time we came here. Thanks for ruining our day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its was fun and We love the music and of course the food with the syrup, they have to talk to the lady at the Boutique about customer services especially with kids,she was too grumpy, and just a little girl that touches the snow on the tray she used the 'S' word for that, family come to visit because of the fun kids have,. So please try to show some love to the kids keep your Swear words aside. Apart from that it was a great place, the music makes its more fun...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was traditional French-Canadian food. We had plenty for everybody and it was great. The staff is warm and friendly. Their maple sirop and meat pie are amazing. I not only recommend this restaurant but I will be there again next year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place to come with family and friends. Staff is very welcoming, attentive and friendly. The food was excellent, we had all the traditional sugar shack dishes. The experience was very nice!! Definitely a plce to come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went during Maple Syrup season to my very first Cabane à sucre. Staff were kind and service was quick. Musical entertainment was fun and added to the experience. Food was alright. I wasn't sure what to expect, and I have no complaints, but it also didn't really stand out to me. But I left full, and loved the maple syrup in the snow at the end. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it (but also have no others to compare it to, as this was my first experience).

The only good thing was the entertainment.
Honestly feels like a tourist trap.
