β β β β β Absolutely love the products and the design concept of the store.
Problems:
1. Unstable hours: donβt just assume the store is open. Always check the hours before you head out. Even if you visit during advertised hours, you may find a note on the door that they will be back in an hour.
2. Limited Capacity: only 3 people are allowed. Every time I have been, I had to wait outside for a long time as customers, quite rightfully, need to take their time in a store as this. If thereβs a party of two in there, and you arrive with a friend, you canβt walk in together.
3. Only one sales associate to help out. This makes everything take much longer.
4. People just walk in, not realizing thereβs a line up. The sales associates donβt make a comment on this negligence, so if you stay quiet, you will wait for, well, way longer.
Morale of the story: if you know what you are getting, order online or get it at Sacks. Buying a luxury perfume should not be an ordeal but a pleasant experience.

β β β β β This is a review of Le Labo Nordstrom at Yorkdale. Most of the time I find great people at this counter but on Thursday Jan. 13 at about 4pm I came across 3 clerks (perfumers?) that were condescending, sarcastic and absolutely unhelpful. I asked for one sample of a fragrance that I was thinking of buying for my daughter and they said could not make me one although there was a full, open sample bottle on the counter. The lead perfumer, who was pretending to make a fragrance in their so-called "laboratory" even made a rude face at one point. They made me feel that I was wasting my their time, so I left and bought some Parfum de Marley and Tom Ford products instead.

β β β β β I bought a bottle of santal 33 from here a few months back and I can confidently say the perfume smells different from the testers I've smelt at the stores. Mine is so sharp and spicy that I can't stand the scent meanwhile every time I try smelling their testers it has a much subtler sweet smell that I originally fell in love with. so disappointed as I spent so much money on it

β β β β β Powerful Proust effect experience with the variety of fragrances, the staff told us about the story of the brand and helped us find our match. Although I get the choice of Chernobyl lab look it lacked a premium feel given the price point. Great products though

β β β β β Who will hate the smell??? Godβ¦ other than expensive prices, everything is great. ? I love Rose and Jasmine!!!( I recommend you to check out the store, staffs are friendly to help. Make sure the smell is what you LOVE. Get the 1.5ml one, or the 5 for 35$. They also got the gift box for them. Which is a good idea for birthday present!! Haha

β β β β β Amazing fragrances and even better in-store experience! I worked with Sandrine. She was very knowledgeable, easy going, friendly and gave great recommendations. I can't wait for the city exclusives and am now hooked on the shower products. I really appreciated the recommendation to sample the fragrances I was interested in to see how they worked with my body chemistry. I never realized how important this is! Thank you Le Labo.

β β β β β That was my first time in Le Labo store. The stored is clean and well-organized. It smells amazing in a way of natural essential oil, not too overwhelming. I am impressed with Bergamote 22 and The noir 29. On top of that, iβm very pleased with their customer service. Jerral (I hope I spell it correctly) was very helpful, sophisticated and patient which made my whole experience. The price is expensive but I think it worths the unique fragrance

β β β β β Good experience in store; the rep was nice enough to take me through an aromatic tour. He took the task of explaining why Lelabo was special, very seriously. I purchased the top 6 perfume discovery set as a gift for my brother. Although expensive, I believe that the aroma you give off is as important as having good dental hygiene, and therefore choosing the right perfume or eau de toilette is important to a person's overall image. Makes for a good gift/stocking stuffer.
