★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to thank Le Grand Fromage for making our daughter's birthday a wonderful event. We live in Ontario and were trying to think of something special to do for her birthday. We thought it would be difficult because she was going to be in Fernie skiing with friends for the weekend. We contacted the owner a month prior, she couldn't have been more accommodating. She went above and beyond our expectations, including going to other shops to purchase fruits, meats and wine to include in the basket. There was enough for 8 people, with the remainder taken home. In the words of our daughter: "Best birthday present EVER!!!"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, hard to believe such places exist. Like icarus, too close to the sun, I continuously find myself dangerously close to Le Grand Fromage. At any point in the day, I am roughly 2.5 gummies away from barreling in, and demanding a plate of their finest cheeses. And you know what? They deliver. Plates of cherry bliss. Plates as savory as a Habanero pork sausage. I’ve been frequenting this establishment since day 12. Bought 100 grams of their finest manchego. Lost my virginity that night. Not to a woman, but to a fiesta dairy cow from Spain. I’ll never forget her salty ways.
