β β β β β WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEIR CHEESE, HOWEVER THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SERIOUSLY LACKING....(The 2 middle aged ladies that run the store are so miserable to customers!! They are JUDGEMENTAL, RUDE and COME ACROSS AS SO UNHAPPY.
We have been buying cheese from this location for about 12 years now. We have more recently made it a habit(in the last 4 yrs) of buying more and visiting the store less JUST SO WE DON'T HAVE TO PUT UP WITH THE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ??
It really is TOO BAD that people in customers service can't leave their emotions/ junkie behavior at home.....

β β β β β Oh my gosh this place is amazing! Beautiful drive, friendly staff and fantastic prices. I found cheeses I've never heard of (horseradish cheese??) and the end cuts are so well priced. My husband just loves his spicy cheese and they had Habanero and cracked pepper AND spicy red hot chili pepper. We will definitely be going back!!!

Discrimination at their best and the people are just a bunch of hypocritesβ¦ their cheese is actually very greasy and Iβve seen how they eat from the table and even flies falling in their cheeseβ¦ their employees are terrible and loves to snoop in your private life!!!! For 15/hr and put up with such a terrible companyβ¦ rather be unemployed

β β β β β We recently ordered some of this cheese for a school fundraiser. Although it is on the expensive side the taste of the cheese is wonderful. Will definitely buy this cheese again as a treat.

There is both street parking and a parking lot.
The road leading into New Bothwell is being resurfaced ands has loose stones. We parked on the street.
The store has a maximum of eight people inside at a time. This is not a huge store. They have a huge selection of cheese though.
They have squeekers (cheese curds). They have many types of cheese and specialty flavoured cheeses. You can buy large blocks, small blocks and trims (trims are cheaper and a good way to see if you like the flavour).
Today we bought about 6 different flavours including our favorite the smoked gouda.
The staff is friendly and the products are great. Come check this place out.

β β β β β Great selection of cheeses. You can buy the trims of many types to try different flavors - at lower prices. If you know what types you like - you can usually find it there. The prices are reasonable. I love the Smoked Gouda - bought a large block of trim today. Bought some Edam and Old Cheddar along with small trims of Muenster, Red Hot Chili Pepper and Black Truffle. Very happy that this store is just a short drive from Winnipeg and is located right at the cheese factory. We will continue to go here for a nice choice of cheeses.
