We each made a cute pie that we took home to bake later or freeze. If you love baking and/or are a beginner and want to try to expand your pastry skills, definitely try Le Dolci.

Chef Lindsey was phenomenal - she took the time to explain all the steps and offered tons of great advice. The pace and length of the classes were just right. And the recipes were delicious. I’d definitely recommend classes at Le Dolci.

After class each week she comes home so happy, exclaiming that it is the BEST camp she had ever been to. She looks forward to it all week. It is the highlight of a cold and gloomy January. She raves about how kind, patient and wonderful the Chefs are. We get to taste her freshly baked delicious goods. We will definitely be signing up for more classes!

It also gave me confidence in my ability to make macarons at home. My biggest feedback is that I think have a lot of room to improve their sanitary practices and policies. The macarons are baked and shared in small groups as well as with the other classmates, and it was not apparent whether people had washed their hands or not. There were also no sanitizing stations near the stations. A few reminders to get people to wash their hands before each step, transition, or phase would have been appreciated.
