I brought my sweeper and even though they didn't find the problem they explained everything to me they checked for free.

In another place I was told nothing more to do for your vacuum cleaner. By asking for a second opinion, they found a solution rather than trying to sell me something. GREAT !!!

Ça c’est du service, on ne. Voit pas ça tous les jours. Merci ce fut très apprécié, mon aspirateur fonctionne très bien. My central vacuum no longer worked a few days before Christmas I needed it so much .... I called the vacuum cleaner doctor and without hesitation he told me to bring it early the next day and he would be able to fix it the same day. This is service, we don’t. Don't see it every day. Thank you it was very appreciated, my vacuum cleaner works very well.

It is very nice to deal with place that has an actual storefront for those times that you want to bring the vacuum in to have it serviced. The owner was professional and courteous and fixed the vacuum's issue on-the-spot for a very reasonable price. They provide options for you, and make sure that you are satisfied with their work. The store is well stocked as well. You get the sense that they've been in business for a while. Certainly boosted my confidence in dealing with them. Will be back for certain.
