★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really liked our experience there, we got a call back the day after leaving a message for adoption. The people working there were great, they introduced us to many cats and we finally picked a kitten. It was tough getting an answer from other rescue centers since covid started, but this one did!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 cats were adopted with promise of a microchip(which was paid in adoption fee). Found out 8 months later none of the cats have a chip.
For first 2 months it was a mess trying to get a hold of the shelter trying to resolve mix up of paperwork on their end. How they still operating I don't know

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took Kira (3 year old cat) home the other day. She is absolutely perfect and is settling perfect! However, when she got home I noticed she has two broken claws that I wasn’t told about.
I do have to say, don’t bother to call. Whoever handles the phones should be fired. I agree that it’s ridiculous that EVERYONE who calls has an issue, myself as well, and no one has done anything about this?
I almost went to a different shelter because of this, worried we weren’t going to get the call for her. Luckily, we got the call for her a few hours later and we got to bring her home.
I love Kira, she’s a good cat but honestly I believe I would adopt elsewhere next time. Please fix the phone issues and be more open and honest with clients. I wouldn’t have not taken her because of her claws. I just wanted to know how to help her. Unfortunately the cat itself is not the whole experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The process was a bit odd. We knew the cat we wanted to adopt was admitted but they somehow did not have any records of him until a week later. This was around 3 or 4 months ago.
When they finally gave us a call the process to adopt him was straightforward. We adore the fur ball that we adopted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to order a rental cage (I was a little persistent bc they’re not the quickest too call back) however they were helpful. I was able to catch a baby kitten. The vet there explain how their process works, which made sense. Overall simple and easy experience. I’m glad the little guy will get care now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We messaged them on August 17 about a beautiful nameless Shih Tzu that was looking for his forever home. Our family feels very lucky to have been picked to adopt him. It was a quick and easy process overall. Borat is such a sweetheart! He loves to play, cuddles, take long walks and hangout with us. A truly perfect companion for us! The only downside is that surprisingly he wasn't fixed when we got him. I thought every dog going into a shelter were getting fixed?
