★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we went to buy fish the first time, the employee absolutly did not care about anything I was saying and recommended fish that didn't even go with my fish. They died.
Even more, we went to buy 10 plants for our aquariums, 7.99$ each!! Again we told the employee what fish we had in each aquarium to make sur the plants are a right fit and don't get destroyed...well they were destroyed in no time!
BUT WORST OF ALL: We now have an infestation of snails in our aquariums, a MAJOR one! There were eggs in the plants and it turned my wonderful aquariums into a nightmare!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff. Since pandemic they don't often have cats and dogs but they do have a lot of the other animals. Always clean. Can see staff love animals and care for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is THE BEST! I live in Westmount but from now on I will always drive to laval to get my pet stuff. When I got bad advice from another pet shop, I called them to ask for advice for my leopard gecko and if they carried a particular substrate. They did, and when I arrived the service was impeccable, not to mention the beautiful layout of the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought my pet pineapple conure from there and Genvieve was extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable. Even after the purchase she helped me out with a question or two.
When purchasing the cage, we were not aware that there was a sale on the cage but the employee at the cash was but had completed the sale. Long story short, we got refunded and charged the correct price.
Thank you for the great service and help, can't wait to buy my pet a friend from there when they get in more conure..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy fish at this shop. We bought fish twice at this shop over two years and both times they were sick, died within a week and killed at least one additional young healthy fish in our tank. Our tank is well maintained with about 20 years of aquarium managing experience, tests confirmed poor water is not the issue.
When returning to the shop, all fish in the same tanks were all sick and it was not removed for sale until they were healthy again. The staff acknowledged the issue twice but it seems nothing changed over that time.
Go at the Nature that's farther west. We never had issues with them over the same time span.

She was so incredibly helpful and sincere .We could tell before adopting him that he was well taken care of and received as much love as she could give him . We will 100% be back for his food and occasionally drop by so he can say hello to Alexia again . Thank you 1000x you truly made our year special .

I decided to go back to the store to get another one right away and was served by Alexia. and she was so companionate about my situation and so helpful that I am super grateful! She gave me a syringe to be able to be sure how much product I’m to put into the fish tank and put my mind at ease that everything should be fine. I’d never go elsewhere for my pet needs because I know that this store has the most compassionate and helpful staff around. I give Alexia 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Thanks so much!!
