★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time to used LBC Express, BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. They picked up 2 Boxes because of the promo of $155.00 for both boxes, HOWEVER, 1 box did not arrive to the Philippines in short the box is missing, called and email them so many times, but no one can give an answer where my other boxes is. After reading all the reviews, I finally now understand that the promo of 2boxes is a big scam of their company, I email them and the answer I get is they will check it again.
Now my other box that is missing BECOMES "AYUDA" OF THE PERSONS WHO PICKS IP MY BOXES, WILL REPORT TO CANADIAN FRAUD AND TO THE GOVERNMENT OF THE PHILIPPINES AND ALSO TO TULFO!,
LBC EXPRESS HAVE NO DIGNITY WHEN IT COMES TO HEARTOF THE FILIPINOS WHO WORKED VERY HARD TO SUPPORT OUR LOVED ONES IN THE PHILIPPINES,
KAPWA PILIPINO NILOLOKO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my review a month ago: "Our box was picked up on March 19 and arrived on May 25. Everything intact. Thank you so much for your service." And I gave them a 5-star rating.
However today (6 July 2020), with my scheduled pick-up between 12NN to 5PM, I confirmed this with their 1-888 number and followed-up at 4:45PM. Decided to call their Scarborough office and spoke with Ida (customer service rep) who assured me that their driver would be arriving at 5:15PM. He arrived at 5:35PM.
They do not call their customers if there will be any delays which is so unprofessional.
UPDATE: My box picked up on 6 July 2020, left for Manila on 21 July 2020, and arrived at my brother's house in Paranaque, Metro Manila on 23 August 2020. The box was intact. I am so pleased, thank you LBC-Canada!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: The boxes arrived safely and in good condition to the recipient and I am relieved. So I add 2 stars for that. I would not update it to 5 due to lack of transparency and when the boxes arrived at their depot area, they wanted the recipient to pick up the boxes from there! I had to make another phone call for them to deliver the boxes to the designated address.
I would really like to update this review later and give this company a higher score. I hope my shipment will arrive safe but I don’t have a good feeling.
I have been sending boxes regularly with Atin Ito for the last 25 years. As I usually do, I googled the name and dialled the number as shown beside their company name. With my last shipment, I was wondering why the person who took my call was asking so many questions when I know that Atin Ito have all that information.
The scheduled pick up time came and an LBC van pulled over. I was in shock but I have no choice but to send the boxes right away. I asked why they come and not Atin Ito. The person who picked up the boxes was really nice and he explained its the same company/related company. So I asked if they merged and he was not really able to give me a straight answer.
As I’ve always done, I send pictures of the shipment receipts to the recipient and when they checked it, the tracking number is not recorded yet. It took almost 2 weeks for us to be able to check for the tracking number, just to say its in the Toronto warehouse. I wonder if the boxes were in the warehouse for that long or if they were in someone’s garage for 10 days and was taken to the warehouse later? From my experience, Atin Ito updates their system right away - within 24 hours. Needless to say, I am very concerned how reliable LBC is. My only wish is that the boxes will arrive safely to my family who really need the goods in those boxes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service I ever encountered. I dont usually give reviews but I can't help myself to express my frustration and disappointment with this company. I called on Friday morning of Sept 4th to book an appt for cargo pick up. A lady advised me that latest schedule is October but she will call me same day in the afternoon to confirm if she can schedule me Sept 8 at night time. she called me back at 3pm and confirmed I'm ok for sept 8th. I called sept 8th at 6pm to confirm time of pick up and to my surprised I dont have any schedule and the worst part is I dont have any records in their system. I tried to call Scarborough location but no answer and it is always went to call center agents. I spoke with 6 agents and until now nobody can resolve the issue. LBC- YOU HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They picked up my balikbayan box last September 8 and it was received at their office on September 11 and they LEFT IT THERE UNTIL NOW! THEY DIDNT HAVE THE DECENCY TO SEND IT!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a great experience with LBC AIR CARGO. The item was well selled. The value was far cheaper than other courier company. It's a matter of $150 difference. $115 vs $278. I was satisfied the service as the the item was shipped the day it was said to be shipped with tracking and after 4 days it was delivered to the address in the Philippines. I was so happy with the service. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to send care package by air. Delivery came through. Arrived within a week. Excellent service. I see using LBC in the future. Will yet to try sending a bigger box. Better than Canada Post.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent 2 boxes, the delivery guy said they will drop off the replacement boxes on another day. We kept calling for a replacement, 2 yrs have gone still none. On our last call, the agent said they kept emailing Toronto office but they were not getting a response. Until they asked us to call ourselves. We tried calling but it gets looped Manila based agents. Try another company.
