★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service and quality of work. Did inspection on my sons truck said they replaced ball
joints, only for us to find they used, used parts. Getting winter tires on at fountain tire and they say ball joints need replaced after we just got ‘new’ ones 3 months before. Bring this to their attention they say they will fix for free. (Well I would hope so after we paid for new parts already). Tell my husband to bring it in any day. Call and say we r bringing it in today, and my son drives there for the them to say sorry we r booked until Thursday. Huge inconvenience for something that wasn’t done properly and their fault!! Save your time and money and go somewhere else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very frustrating and unprofessional on the phone, and yet I still brought my vehicle in for an inspection. On the work order I also put install fender flare & fix lights.
When they failed it first things they told me was missing fender flare & a bunch of lights out.
What?
Next I was told my rear brakes are completely shot - wore right out, along with some other repairs needed. I asked them to make me a estimate for the repairs they’re calling, never got it. When I went to replace my brakes myself I found that the rear brakes were actually in near new condition, just a tad rusty from sitting. At this point I grew suspicious as whether my wheels were ever even removed at all. Either way, the brakes are enough of a reason for me to never come back.

I was guided on the one way mis use of insurance company threats on salvage rules in Alberta. The anecdotal response was truly informative and helped me in my decision on dealing with the adjustor's threats and unprofessional attitude towards my victimization by their insured's actions. Thank you.
