★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building houses offices for different medical practitioners. There is a parking garage below, which is the most convenient place to park at $5/hour, compared to the difficult to come by street parking, which comes to $6/hour. So save yourself the hassle and a dollar and park in the parkade!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst location I have ever been to, if you need find where you need to go in the medical Center, good luck because people will NOT help you. I will never be coming back here just off of how rude and unhelpful everyone was here, when I was in the wrong place and just needed guidance.. the ridiculing and shoving off is exactly what is not needed during this pandemic time, so I just want to thank all doctors and nurses for being completely full of it. Kindness goes a long way, and they could care less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed HSG test and was calling on 1st day of my cycle their phone didn't answer 2nd day I went to room 106 they told me their phone number is different from Laurel Medical and told me I was late. I was waiting for my cycle and had to travel with the result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Arato is incredibly thorough, thoughtful and kind in her practice. I’ve never met a doctor with such amazingly bedside manner. She is an incredibly inspiring person and so, so professional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Hou interviews to accept patients. I dont know if he didn't think I was valuable or what but when I mentioned my problems he said to try somewhere else. Felt more like a bad job interview than making an appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rudest experience ever with a doctor. My aunt was going in for scary lumps found on her breast and underarms and wanted to also tell the doctor about problems she was having with her sleep. Dr.Mathias was super grumpy, rude and careless with her reply. She shushed my aunt and told her “I don’t care about whatever your problem is with your sleep. Come back next week to ask about your sleep”. There were other replies and comments that Dr.Mathias said that bothered us. The fact that she was so insensitive to someone who is going through so much bothered me so much. This doctor would be the definition of a “Karen”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to room 106 for HSG inspection. I was very nervous because it was my first visit.
But the reception staff was very kind. The X-ray staff also explained very kindly and in detail, and when I said I was not good at English, they explained it slowly and easily. Thanks to this, I didn't get nervous and got a good test.:)
