★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved in Broadstreet 3203 apartments 4 years ago. It is a great place to call home. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to your needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. Having your own washer and dryer in the unit is so convenient. I wouldn't have moved out if it wasn't for my own new home.
Kudos to Kiran Mathews for being an exceptional manager that truly makes a difference because he cares about the residents and the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great responses from Kiran Mathew and Bec Parent after an issue came up with my particular apartment suite.
Given that remediation of the issue concerned building maintenance, he was fast to get them into my apartment suite to check out the issue. He also followed up via phone to apologize and ensure that I was happy with the resolution reached. I appreciated the way he responded to my concerns because as we all know we cannot control the fact that issues come up but we can control how they are handled. All in all, Kiran Mathews handled the issue with the utmost professionalism and integrity.
I would recommend this location for young working professionals as the building is relatively quiet (ask Kiran for a quiet suite and he will do what he can to find one), and it is quite close to the industrial area on 50St.

They did seasonal maintenance in timely manner to keep building and surroundings up-to-date. I would like to thank Mr. Kiran Mathews from management team -- he provided us transparent information since day one and helped us addressing any concerns we had throughout our stay.
I would recommend Laurel Meadows building if anyone looking for a place in South Edmonton.
