★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My stay at Harmony Hill exceeded my expectations! By the second day the staff was calling me by name, which blew me away. The meals were delicious, the Bistro sandwiches were huge with a large selection. The PSW’s were very helpful, especially at the beginning of my stay when I needed the extra assistance. An added bonus for me was the in-house physio so I could start my rehab earlier. I found the whole facility very very well kept and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been working here for 3 years now. This home has remained COVID free due to strict protocols set in place since March 2020. The residents are like family to us staff and we care for them as though they are apart of our own families. The staff work together to ensure the safety and well being of each resident. A great place to work and an even better place to live. Come and check out Harmony Hill a place where you can call home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some weeks ago, I called Harmony Hill to make an inquiry on behalf of my friend for her mother. I reached the Office Manager who happened to be there on a Saturday. I asked her a few questions and she was more than happy to extoll the virtues of the wonderful life at Harmony Hill. She answered all of my questions in a professional manner and offered to give my friend's phone number to the Sales team there for follow-up on the Monday. I was very impressed with the time she took to go over everything with me and I got the impression that Harmony is a lovely retirement community... Wonderful first impression!

As someone who has recently joined the staff, I would certainly recommend it to any of my loved ones and friends. The protocols for safety are paramount in every area and the quality of service for the residents is of a high standard. It is no wonder it has won the award for excellence again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to work ✅ I am proud to say that our staff and residents have kept the home 100% Covid 19 free from the first wave and still holding strong in the second wave! Our staff are caring and dedicated to the residents whom call Harmony Hill “home”. I recommend Harmony Hill Retirement Community to anyone looking for this type of living. I believe we are are one of the best if not the best home within a large surrounding area. We are friendly and say hello to each other even though we may not all know each other personally!

From the very first time we originally met with Nancy to tour the facilities to our move in day, we were totally impressed, very organized, informative and caring! It was a breath of fresh air from the moment we arrived! Bridget delivered hot beverages, fruit and muffins, very caring and appreciated. Kristen your staff went out of their way to make us feel at HOME! We knew our mom had joined one amazing family within Harmony Hills, from the front door welcome, to Nancy’s well planned welcome organization, the day went smooth.You never get a second chance to make a first impression, Kristen your staff certainly superseded our expectations . Well done! We knew this was the place our mom would call HOME! Thanks again Kristen, your team cares, it shows, your leadership shines through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently had a tour for my mother in law to potentially move into Harmony Hill and I am pleased to say that she absolutely LOVED the residence and all there was to offer. From the main lobby, to the apartments and the elevators- everything was spotless. I was really impressed with the overall cleanliness and presentation of the residence. The people all seemed happy to be there and the staff were all friendly. Serena was an absolute gem and made the process so easy without any pressure whatsoever. She spent an incredible amount of time showing us around and answering every question we had. She clearly loves her job and is fantastic at it. I highly recommend Harmony Hill.
