T	The Studio plays on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Latierra produces the most luxurious alpaca knitwear and alpaca coats I have ever known! Their products are top of the line and compares to any high end designers products. The knitwears are so fine and soft. The coats are very light with clean minimal details. The owner herself is the designer of her brand. She is very knowledgeable and knows her products in and out. She is a true fashion guru! Make sure to call or email first to book an appoinment during Covid 19 times.

I finally gave up after my last visit 6 months ago. I totally get as a business owner when you work alone in a store sometimes things come up, but I read that someone also has experienced the same, so it’s a regular occurrence it seems. I’m sure the store has nice items, some I may have bought, if they were open when I was there.

I purchased a gorgeous coat two seasons ago which I have received many compliments on. It is light weight and very warm. I also love my Hosu Pullover sweater and my Boucle Fringed Throw. The sweater adds elegance to a more relaxed look. The throw blanket is so cozy and adds to the decor in our bedroom. Thank you to Christina for all of her knowledge and expertise when purchasing these items. I would highly recommend this store if you are looking for high quality winter items that are elegant and versatile. My mother and I are both happy to have found this store on the Queensway on a walk one day.

At no point during the purchasing process did she inform him that all sales were final, there were no signs anywhere in the store. She cannot wear the shawl as the material itches her, so my father took it back for a refund. The OWNER of the store said it was against company policy and refused to issue a refund. No where in the store does it say no refunds and at no time during the purchase did she inform my father that there are no refunds, but still she refuses to issue a refund. This is extremely poor business practices, and we will not be shopping there again. I advise all of you to do the same, because if she truly believed in her products, she would accommodate those who cannot wear her products.
