★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this apartment complex as it is run by Alliance Realty/Properties. History of big rent increases and managent only cares about $ & not the tenant. Alliance took over the buildings and many of their long term tenants left. Stay away from any of their properties. This review is being posted on behalf of several former tenants. Renters need to form an association to fight back against lanlords like this. We pay the $ so we renters can call the shots against bad landlords. Please rent elsewhere as we want you to have good landlord and place to call home. RENTERS UNITE! Lets put a stop to these $200, $300, etc. a month increases.
