Please read my entire review before making the mistake of entrusting the physicians at this clinic with the well being of your family. According to Dr. Lukubisa people in Canada are nothing but cry babies that can't handle pain and come crying to doctors. He had the nerve to utter those words in front of my Wife and I. I have placed a formal complaint with the Family College of Physicians Canada regarding the conduct of the doctors and administration staff in this clinic. You are not a patient at this clinic. You are a customer. The quality of care as a result suffers dramatically. I WAS a patient of Dr. Lukubisa's for approximately two and a half years. Like many people I went to this clinic after moving to Langdon thinking it was great to have a clinic in our small town. Dr. Lukubisa had me live with severe pain and migraines for years all because he literally had no clue what he was doing when it came to properly helping a chronic pain patient. I had migraines so severe I had to be hospilalzed. For some reason Dr. Lukubisa wouldn't even give me a referral to the Chronic Pain Clinic so I could get help from the doctors that knew what they were doing. He ended up giving me a prescription for 45mg Oxycodone daily. The problem here is that I was previously taking 750mg Codeine daily. If you do the conversion I should have been on at least 75mg Oxycodone daily. The net result was a year of torment and torture. All because he did not know how strong certain pain medications were. I switched doctors as the incompentence of both the doctors and the administration staff couldn't be tolerated any further. The physicians I see now have prescribed me 75mcg Fentanyl patches plus an additional 60MG Oxycodone for breakthrough pain. Yes that's right. Proper pain doctors acknowledged my pain was so bad I needed fentanyl to function. I am not pain free but I am not in severe discomfort allowing me to live my life with some dignity. Do not make the same mistake I did. You will see you are not a patient but a customer. They will call you in for an appointment even for a negative test result simply because they want to get paid more by alberta health care. Or a receptionist that only knows how to say "please hold" when you call in and proceeds to make you wait on hold for 10-15 minutes. The worst part about this. Dr. Lukubisa DID NOT even attempt to call me to make sure I was ok. Patients do not just stop using Oxycodone going cold turkey. It can lead to life threatening seizures. You'd assume a doctor would at least care about that. I guess not.

i had to update my review after having a talk with Dr. Lukubisa. Much of this review stemmed from a lot of anger over how I was treated by his staff and the fact the I myself still have a lot of growing and learning to do even at my age. Dr. Lukubisa truly does set your mind straight with each and every appointment. He simply has a way of allowing you to change your focus to topics that are often right in front of you but that we often ignore and avoid for whatever reason. We are very quick to jump on pushing negative reviews on people and businesses without asking ourselves the purpose doing such actions has not only in our own lives but the people we write them about. Either way I own a sincere appology to Dr. Lukubisa and can only say I very much appreciate the new staff he is brought in his practice as they have been a breath of fresh air.

Fantastic Dr's and staff. We have stuck with Dr. Gooden through several moves and will not give her up ever. Have seen other Dr's there and they all treat you honestly and openly. They truly go above and beyond for their patients. Have and will continue to recommend the clinic to anyone.

I love this clinic. The staff are amazing and our family Dr. (Dr. Reddy) has been wonderful. We never have to wait very long and can get in on short notice usually when our young daughter has an issue. Great place!

I have never been a huge fan of family physicians but Dr. Masekoameng is honestly the absolute best. Every time i go in he is always looking out for me in the best interest and values very much with what i personally have to say. Couldnt get any better especially with the new website that not only looks very clean and modern, but also allows for the ease of booking appointments online! Awesome clinic, awesome atmosphere.

Disappointing experience today at Langdon Medical---grumpy staff all around. Receptionist came in late as we were being checked-in by a nurse, and never even acknowledged us as she took her seat at the desk to finish checking us in halfway through the process. I was seen by Dr. Shafi, another new doctor. They have very high doctor turnaround, so don't expect to ever see the same doctor twice. She did not introduce herself when she came in, and I had a difficult time hearing anything she said; not only did she whisper her questions, but she also only spoke facing the computer screen and I was seated behind her (she had to stay facing the computer though, because it took her so dang long to type anything in because she only types with one finger!) A little bit of friendliness would go a long way in the atmosphere of this clinic.

Dr.Lukubisa is by far the best doctor I’ve ever had and we have moved our entire family over to be under his care. We happily drive 40 minutes to see him and he has gone over and above to take fantastic care of each of us.

Great Doctors and friendly staff but since COVID-19 hit their service has be terrible. I get it, it’s COVID and your cutting back and limiting doctor patient visits but your still a medical office and you still have meet with patients needs. One doctor Available 3 days on a month when your dispose be meeting the every 2 weeks for a treatment that the doctor put you on. Probably will be going elsewhere if I can find a doctor. 3 times a month how you suppose to get refills. Very unhappy and frustrated.
