One hour ago, my kid had serious nose bleeding, looks hard to stop, so I hurried up to drive my kid to this clinic ask for help. One girl in the front desk told us to wait and told the kid lean backward! ( you never take first aid class?!). We wait a little bit then she talked with woman doctor. They said they can not doing any help, asked us to go our own family doctor or other hospital for emergency, because we were walk-in, not their patients! Because covid -19!To be a doctor and staffs working in the clinic, where does your career morality go ? Where is your sympathy? Why your heart is so cold??? For this kind of doctor and staffs how do you make people trust you?!!! When your guys meet such same situation, what is your feeling? Unbelievable!!!

After all that, the ultrasound form they provided wasn't even my wife's information but another patients lol. Unacceptable. Will not return and would not recommend.

Can’t even be bothered, giant jerks in my opinion. Guess my boy will have to suffer until tomorrow when more clinics are open. Avoid this place like the plague! Apparently they’re not seeing anyone because of Omicron - why bother being a clinic.

I was told a dr would not see us unless she had a negative Covid test, which we would have to track down and wait for the results of. She was crying in pain in the waiting room. I asked what they do if it’s positive, and was told we would have to go home. How can anyone, let alone a child, be denied medical care? It’s astounding after two years that we haven’t figured out how to care for patients with, or without Covid. We will not return to this facility.

If you become a patient, of one doctor (mine is Dr. Tshatshela, who is great), and you cannot get an appointment with your doctor you can use their walk-in clinic. The nice thing about having a group of doctors in a clinic, they is shared knowledge to help get to a diagnosis. During covid, they take great care their patients spacing them, taking temps etc. Nice clean space When you have to go to a walk-in where no one knows you, there is limited medical history for the doctor to draw from.
