★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently we were in a need of medical equipment for a family member. We contacted Lancaster Mobility and Wayne came out to see what was needed.
He then came back with the appropriate solution. Unfortunately our insurance company did not cover any of the equipment needed. Wayne took matters into his own hands and contacted the company again on our behalf only to find out the disappointing news again. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of care he goes to, to make sure the patients get the equipment they require. Wayne and all the staff have been fabulous in helping us deal with the insurance company and they were all very compassionate in a difficult time for our family. I would definitely highly recommend Lancaster Mobility to anyone looking for medical equipment.

From his prompt responses and site visit to setting up an install of an outdoor lift, everything was top notch. You can tell that he and his team take pride in their work as it shows in their professionalism and their workmanship. Thank you for bringing some positive light and much needed assistance to me and my family!

I had a brother who was severely disabled and in constant pain. Lancaster Mobility sent their Customer Consultant, Jason Green, to see if he could make his life more bearable. Jason was incredibly helpful in every possible way. He was only a phone call away when needed. What a blessing he was to me and my family right to the end. Thank you Jason and I will forever be grateful. I also want to thank their office staff, especially Debbie, who so accommodating.
